Most banks let you download a CSV export of your transactions directly from your online banking portal. You send that file to me each month and I handle the rest. No need to share login credentials — ever.
Yes. All your data lives in your own Google Drive account — not on my servers. You have full ownership and access at all times. The only files I receive are the monthly CSV exports, which I process and then delete.
Standard and Premium plans support multiple bank accounts and credit cards. Just send me the CSV exports for each account and they'll all be imported and categorized together into one unified expense tracker.
No. Everything runs on Google Sheets and Google Drive — both free with a Google account. No subscriptions to QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or any other software required. If you already use QuickBooks, I can work with your exports too.
Transactions are categorized using AI trained on IRS Schedule C categories — the standard expense categories for US sole proprietors and small businesses. Every import is reviewed for accuracy, and you can always request corrections. Over time, the system learns your specific merchants for near-perfect accuracy.
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. Your Google Sheets and Drive files are yours to keep — everything stays in your Google account even after cancellation.
The quarterly tax estimates cover federal self-employment tax and federal income tax. State income taxes vary significantly by state and are flagged for you to review with your CPA. Florida (where we're based) has no state income tax, which simplifies things considerably for FL-based clients.
