What we don't do
We're bookkeepers, not accountants, and we're not trying to be. We don't file your tax return, we don't give tax advice, and we don't replace your CPA. What we do is hand your accountant books that are already clean, so they spend their time on your taxes instead of billing you to fix a year of transactions.

New clients: a one-time onboarding fee equal to one month's rate covers your QuickBooks setup, chart of accounts, and opening balances — quoted up front, no surprises. If catch-up work is needed, each prior month fixed is billed at your plan's monthly rate, and you'll know exactly how many months need attention before any work begins.
